  • Minimum Commitment

What happens if I don’t use my full half-day each month?

Any unused hours roll over to the next month and stay in your time bank for up to 12 months. So, you always have hours ready when you need them most.

Can I use my hours for multiple small tasks?

Absolutely! Whether it’s a few quick updates or a larger project, your half-day can cover any mix of tech support tasks.

What if I need more than my half-day in a month?

You can either borrow time from future months (up to your subscription length) or purchase additional hours at £200/hr as needed.

How does the onboarding process work?

We’ll start with a personalised onboarding call to understand your goals and your current tech setup. You’ll need to provide admin access to your systems, and we’ll set up your project board for submitting and tracking requests.

What’s the cancellation policy?

There’s a minimum commitment of 3 months. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Please note, any unused banked hours will be forfeited upon cancellation.
